Operation video of ZDJ-1000 Automatic Flatbed Grooving Machine .
Steps:
1. Electricity supply & air supply over 0.5map;
2. Board feeder position adjust(seal all other holes by tapes or screws);
3. Knife position adjust(according to the drawing, leave little gap between knife and running table);
4. Setting Paper Blocker setting(to stop paper from running back once grooved.)
5. Run for test, then adjust the Knife Seat position precisely according to standard box draw for further automatic production.

The machine has two emergent stop. one beside the touch screen, one is at back of machine.
