Knife Grinder using

1. First Coarse wheel, then using fine wheel;
2. Use different Triangle plate to get the exactly degree you want.
-- 90° V shape Knife, is suitable for 88°, 90°, 92°, 94°, 97°, 100°, 110°, etc.
-- 120° V shape Knife, is suitbale for 120°, 125°, 130°, 135°, 140°, etc.
3. Tips: Sharp the blade two side same(symmetric). Then sharp a little in the blade point, wider about 0.3-0.5mm, to protect the blade for better using, and makes the board easier for bending.
4. Because of high quality blade material, please do NOT add water while grinding, just simply sharp the blade on the Knife Grinder;
If necessary, can add a little oil.

If needed knife for Square "U" shape("凹"), or L shape, or V shape of 60° or 150°, please contact export@86jg.com for further info. The knife need customized.
Corresponding suitable machinery models are ZDJ-1000 or ZJ-1000.
