I want to start off by saying that there is no such thing as warped rotors, but I know everyone calls them that. They actually develope lateral run out ( side to side movement of the rotor as it turns on the hub) and this causes Disc Thickness Variation. If you are experiencing a pulsating brake pedal it could be time to replace of resurface/machine your rotors.
